Our sales staff is extraordinarily familiar with the componants of your machine and can help you with almost any problem. Most computer problems are simple software problems, which we can quickly diagnose over the phone. If you call, you can choose to speak directly to your sales consultant, or you can leave a message in their voice mailbox. At our store, you will never be left on hold for hours. (It is not unheard of for you to spend literally hours wading through computer controlled voice systems when you call major manufacturers.)
