Commint Inc. started business in Houston, Texas, in 1983 as a full service hardware and software dealer. Areas of focus included Engineering Applications, Project Management, CADCAM, and financial Systems. Beginning in the fall of 1983, Commint became a regional dealer for Primavera Systems and was immediately successful with a viable and receptive market in the process industries around Houston. By adding experienced project management professionals to its staff, Commint continued to grow by offering training, professional services and consulting. CTS was formed to specifically address these needs.
